<div itemprop="description">YOUNG, Grace<br />July 24, 1925 - June 25, 2014<br /><br />Grace passed away with family by her side on Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at the age of 88 years. She will be forever loved by her children, Isabelle Young (Joseph Chan) and Christina Young; as well her granddaughter, Jennifer Chan. She was predeceased by her husband, Gilbert Young in 2005. A Funeral Service for Grace will be held at Eden Brook Funeral Home on Thursday, July 24, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. with a visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. The family wishes to express their sincere thanks to: Dr. Sophia Chou, Dr. Kevin McLaughlin and Dr. Farshad Sepandj and all the other medical staff who took such great care of mom. In lieu of flowers donations may be made directly to the Foothills Hospital Unit 37 through the Calgary Health Trust website (www.calgaryhealthtrust.ca).</div>
