Jack passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 12th 2017. He was predeceased by his wife Christina Watson of 43yrs. Jack is survived by daughter Sandy Watson (Geoff); grandchildren Shawn Guest (Cherie), Shari Weale (Brad) and many nieces and nephews. Jack served in the Armed Forces from 1948 to 1974, he then went to work as the manager of the Calgary Curling Club retiring in 1989. He was a long standing member of The Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 264 (Kensington). A Celebration of Jack’s Life will be held at Eden Brook Funeral Home (17Ave and lower Springbank Rd, Calgary) on Saturday, April 29th, 2017 at 2:30pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Jack’s memory to: Tom Baker Cancer Centre (1331 29th St N.W, Calgary, AB, T2N 4N2) or http://albertacancer.ca/donate.
