<div itemprop="description">ZECHNER &ndash; Hans-Joachim<br />December 30, 1943 &ndash; March 25, 2015<br /><br />It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Hans Zechner on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at the age of 71 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Verena (Vreni); daughter, Brita (Bruce) Kanefsky; grandchildren, Brandon &amp; Ethan as well as sisters, Maria Theresia Rohner and Elisabeth Boyd. Hans came to Canada in 1966 and worked for Mercedes-Benz in Canada until his retirement in 2008. If so desired, a memorial donation may be made in Hans&rsquo; name directly to the Agape Hospice (1302 8 Ave NW, Calgary, AB T2N 1B8) or to the Tom Baker Cancer Centre (1331 29 Street Northwest, Calgary, AB T2N 4N2). A private family service will be held.</div>
