It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Clayton on Thursday, November 3, 2016 at the age of 77. He is survived by his longtime partner, Joan Randell (her daughter Leslie); son, Randy Robb (Karen), grandchildren: Miranda, Graydon and Colton; daughter, Sue McCall (Marty), grandchildren, Max and Sam; son, Tim Campbell (Nicole), grandchildren Josephine and Simon; as well as his sister, Peggy (Greg) Mueller from Madison, Wisc.
Clayton was born in Saskatoon, Sask. He started his golf career working at golf courses in Saskatoon, Moose Jaw, Regina and Prince Albert. In 1975 he became Golf Pro at Pinebrook Golf & Country Club in Calgary. He retired from Pinebrook to concentrate on teaching Maximum Golf and Soft Touch, programs he introduced to Calgary golfers in the early eighties. In his latter years he joined Terry Carter's Golf Academy and continued to teach until early this year.
A Memorial Service to celebrate Clayton's life will be held at Pinebrook Golf & Country Club on Sunday, November 13, 2016 between 1:00 — 5:00 p.m. Many thanks to the staff at the Rockyview General Hospital Unit 47 for their kindness and support. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation (www.heartandstroke.ab.ca).
